About StartupAZ
StartupAZ is a nonprofit foundation that supports Arizona-based entrepreneurs with resources, mentorship, and community. Grounded in the belief that generosity fuels growth, the organization exists to help founders scale their companies while giving back to the ecosystem that supports them.
The Challenge
While StartupAZ was already making an impact through mentorship and programming, they needed a better digital experience to serve their flagship initiative—the StartupAZ Collective. This 12-month accelerator supports high-growth founders across the state. To make the program more scalable and effective, StartupAZ needed a user portal, a redesigned website, and improved internal tools for data tracking and onboarding.

Designing for Performance and Purpose
We partnered with the StartupAZ team to build a clean, user focused website that speaks to both entrepreneurs and ecosystem partners. The site introduces the organization, highlights program impact, and makes it easier for founders to get involved.
Behind the scenes, we built a secure, intuitive user portal that powers the StartupAZ Collective. The portal provides access to educational resources, facilitates onboarding, and creates connection points between members and mentors.
Data Driven, Founder Friendly
We also designed and developed KPI dashboards within the portal. These tools give founders the ability to track business metrics like revenue goals and quarterly performance, and give the StartupAZ team real-time insight into cohort progress.
The portal balances functionality with visual clarity, creating a resource that feels helpful, not overwhelming.
