Daniel Diaz: 3 Years Taller
Little Taller has given me the opportunity to learn many new things, for which I’m deeply grateful. I believe the development of new technologies is full of challenges; it’s always been that way, but that’s precisely what drives us to grow and improve. It’s a field that will help us advance as a species and as a society, as long as we use it responsibly.

Little Taller: How has your role evolved over the past year, and what new skills or responsibilities have you taken on?
Daniel Diaz: In the past year, I’ve transitioned from the role of Project Manager to Production Coordinator/Support. I’ve gained new skills and responsibilities such as managing internal team processes, ensuring workflows are followed from project kickoff to launch, and making sure the final product meets quality expectations and stays true to approved designs. This shift has been interesting, especially in how it’s changed my perspective from managing individual projects to overseeing team-wide processes.
Little Taller: What project or client engagement from the past year stands out as your favorite, and why did it resonate with you?
Daniel Diaz: There have been several memorable projects, but the one that stands out most is GirlsClub, since it was my first time working on a project built with HubSpot. I had never interacted with that CRM’s page builder before, and I learned a lot while developing it.
Little Taller: Share a challenge you faced this year and how you overcame it. What did you learn from that experience?
Daniel Diaz: The biggest challenge has been keeping teams aligned. To address this, we’ve continued refining our processes and made significant progress implementing improvement plans and other tools to make things easier for everyone.
Little Taller: Little Taller places a big emphasis on ownership and orchestration. How have you seen this reflected in your daily work and how has it impacted your work output this year?
Daniel Diaz: That’s right, it’s always been that way, and I believe that’s the right approach. The improvement over time has been noticeable, and updating/adapting our processes has helped a lot. I’ve seen greater ownership from teams and their leaders, which has led to smoother management overall.
Little Taller: Looking ahead, what aspects of your professional life are you most excited about developing further in the coming year?
Daniel Diaz: I’d like to deepen my knowledge of project management from a more technical angle; learning to code in WordPress, React.js, Node.js, and some Python. I also want to explore AI tools to boost productivity and make the most of them.
