About The Inn at Mazama
Tucked away in the scenic wilderness of Northern Washington, the Inn at Mazama is a boutique mountain getaway offering both hotel style rooms and peaceful private cabins. Known for its natural beauty, Nordic trails, and laid back charm, Mazama draws skiers, hikers, and adventurers from around the world.

The Inn had long been a beloved local retreat, but as the region gained popularity, it needed a digital presence to match its growing reputation. The challenge was to reflect the charm of Mazama and the property’s expanding offerings through a unified brand system, user friendly booking experience, and content that captured the energy of year round outdoor adventure.

From Small Town Charm to Big Time Bookings
We worked closely with the Inn’s team to design and build a new website that reflected the tranquility of the setting while improving functionality for travelers. Our dual branding approach included custom logos for both The Inn at Mazama and The Cabins of the Methow, designed to feel connected but clearly distinct.
The site was crafted with a clean layout, thoughtful navigation, and seamless booking flow for both room types. We added press callouts and updated content to highlight the area’s seasonal activities like skiing, yoga, biking, and horseback riding, giving visitors reasons to stay longer and explore deeper.
A Website That Feels Like the Stay
To support bookings and guest satisfaction, we integrated a secure and intuitive booking tool. Pop up messaging and soft conversion cues were added to encourage action without disrupting the calm, spacious feel of the site.
Each design decision was made to mirror the in-person experience—peaceful, welcoming, and grounded in the natural world.
