The Challenge

Sika, global leader in building materials and construction chemicals, manages a vast network of distributors across North America and LATAM. Their teams relied on disconnected systems that made it difficult to track opportunities, manage users, and operate across languages and currencies. To scale effectively, Sika needed a single portal that could unify their distributor experience, automate opportunity distribution, and provide actionable insights through role-based dashboards, all while seamlessly integrating with Salesforce.

Portal Architecture & Development

Opportunity Distribution & Management
