Enhancing Partner Visibility in the PRM

The Goal

Expand ExtraHop’s Partner Snapshot Dashboard to provide deeper insights, interactive reporting, and data-driven visibility that empower partners to perform and help administrators make smarter decisions.

The Challenge

ExtraHop, a leader in cybersecurity solutions, needed to scale its partner enablement. Their Allbound Partner Snapshot Dashboard already provided high-level insights, but it lacked the depth, interactivity, and flexibility that partners and administrators needed.

Key gaps included:

  • Limited visibility into deals and certifications
  • No way to drill down into data for actionable insights
  • Static reporting with no comparison or export functionality

  • Designed new dashboard mockups to visualize additional data layers
  • Pulled expanded partner data directly into the Allbound portal

Deal & Certification Visibility

  • Extended “Top 5 Deals” to Top 10 Deals with hyperlinks to the pipeline
  • Added Certification Drill-Down modules:
    • List view of all certifications (filterable by date)
    • Graph view of certifications over time (filterable by date)

Analytics & Reporting Features

  • Built a Compare Sales Metrics tool to evaluate performance across two different timeframes
  • Added PNG and PDF export capability for dashboard snapshots
