When Lars Barlow launched Anderson Mobile Grooming in Charlotte, NC, they saw an opportunity to serve a niche but growing market: Millennial dog parents, specifically poodle owners who value premium care.
With plans to scale to 4 vans and 8–10 groomers, they needed a brand identity that:
- Felt clean, modern, and trustworthy
- Positioned the service as family-owned but professional
- Stood out in a competitive, local-first market
