Transform ACCEL’s manual, paper-based activity tracking into a reliable, real-time digital reporting system that empowers teachers, administrators, and parents with instant access to accurate data, no delays, no frustration.

The Challenge

ACCEL is a nonprofit serving children and adults with developmental disabilities. Their programs impact hundreds of students across campuses and classrooms every day. But behind the scenes, their reporting system hadn’t caught up.

  • Daily activity tracking was still being recorded with paper and pen, creating delays and data gaps.
  • An existing app wasn’t fully functional, leading to usability frustrations for staff.
  • Slow, unreliable forms in Caspio bogged down the process even more.
